Ford has finally unveiled its 2009 Ford Flex crossover. Based on the 2005 Ford Fairlane concept, the Ford Flex is essentially a family van in a CUV’s cloth.

Expected to be revealed in December at the LA Auto Show, the 2009 Ford Fusion hybrid represents the first hybrid four-door sedan for Ford and the first full hybrid four-door sedan from a US automaker. The Fusion hybrid’s expected to use the same Toyota-engineered system from the Ford Escape hybrid, which should provide a decent level of horsepower.
